One screen. No spreadsheets. Real profit. Real growth.
You focus on the part of the shop you actually love — the creativity, the designing, the making, the photographing, the storytelling. Findig handles the rest. Orders sync themselves, stock updates itself, profit calculates itself. The math, the tabs, the Sunday-night spreadsheet anxiety — gone.
Your head is free now. For the next product. The next bestseller. The shop you're actually capable of building.
You create. We handle the Chaos.

What you get back: time, clarity, calm
Each feature exists because it removes a specific worry. Here's what changes day-to-day.
See your whole shop at a glance NEW
One screen for every order, in your own workflow. No more bouncing between Etsy, your spreadsheet, and your label printer. The Orders Hub is your morning coffee dashboard — open it, see what needs doing, get it done.
- Custom statuses you define ("Printing", "Awaiting filament", "Ready to ship")
- Tracking numbers go straight to Etsy in one paste
- Click any order for the full picture — buyer, items, variations, profit
- Shipping label purchase coming next
Know what you're actually making
Etsy's dashboard shows revenue and pretends that's your business. Findig shows what's left after every fee, every shipping label, every material cost — so when you decide to raise prices, you do it with numbers, not guesses. Free fee calculator if you just want a quick estimate.
- Every Etsy fee accounted for, including the regulatory ones most tools miss
- Real shipping cost vs. what the buyer paid — finally visible
- Profit per product and per variation, over any time window
- Spot a money-loser before it costs you a month of profit
Never oversell again
Etsy only tracks stock at the listing level. If you sell 10 colors of one item, Etsy has no idea which color is running out. Findig tracks every variation, deducts on every sale, and warns you ahead of zero — so you can pause the listing or restock before the next sale lands.
- Color × size × any other variation you sell
- Stock deducts automatically the second an order syncs
- Low-stock warnings ahead of disaster, not after
- Materials and consumables tracked alongside finished stock
Stop refreshing Etsy
You don't need to check your shop ten times a day to know what's happening. Orders arrive on your screen the second Etsy has them. The "did anything sell?" anxiety is gone.
- Real-time delivery from Etsy — no polling, no delay
- Daily safety-net sync catches anything that slipped through
- One-click Etsy connect — done in under a minute
- Manual sync button if you ever want belt-and-braces
Know what to make next
The Sunday "okay what do I print this week" calculation — done for you. The production planner watches what's actually selling and tells you what to make, in what order, with what materials. Stop running out of the bestseller.
- Urgent restock alerts before stock hits zero
- Materials shopping list, grouped by priority
- Batch production suggestions for similar items
- Reorder-point recommendations based on your actual sales rate
Up and running in five minutes
The setup that took you weeks of spreadsheet-building? It's a single click here. Connect your Etsy shop, watch it import every listing and variation, fill in your material costs, and you're done. No coding. No CSV files. No "wait, what's a SKU?"
- One-click listing import from your Etsy shop
- Color name normalisation (Blue / dunkelblau → one color)
- Per-listing cost in one form — set it once, forget it
- Dark mode · mobile-friendly · works on the couch
Meet the Founder
Built by someone who actually uses it every day
Hi, I'm Johannes!
Computer Science Student & Etsy Seller from Freiburg, Germany
I started my Etsy shop just 5 months ago, and like many sellers, I quickly ran into a frustrating problem: there was no good way to track my inventory. Spreadsheets were a mess, manual tracking was error-prone, and existing solutions were either too expensive or didn't fit my needs.
So I did what any developer would do - I built my own solution. What started as a simple inventory tracker has evolved into a comprehensive management system with automated order syncing, profit analysis, production planning, and so much more.
I'm currently studying computer science at the University of Freiburg, and I'm constantly improving this software based on real-world use in my own shop. Every feature you see here solves a real problem I've encountered as an Etsy seller.
